Spartywood Facility
This is our largest facility that sits on a 130 acre parcel. Offices here house our export shipping department. There are four sawmills, three grading stations and nine kilns with 400,000 board feet of dry kiln capacity. There are two large pre-dryer warehouses that keep the lumber dry during storage. We also have a large log yard and veneer log yard where we can load containers for overseas shipment.

Our main log yard can be found off Route 89, just 4 miles south of Spartansburg, PA. Logs here are selected for Veneer and #1 Sawlog quality and available for worldwide distribution. We ship logs on our inspection once customer specifications are known. Special attention is paid to preparing logs, with S-Irons and wax applied when necessary to ensure protection during shipment. Offices are located here as well as a high volume automatic resaw and sawmill, two ripping saw mills for cutting pallet precuts and a pallet assembly operation. Riceville Kilns and Corporate Headquarters
Our headquarters are located on a 100-acre parcel at the junction of Route 77 & Route 8 between Titusville and Union City, Pennsylvania. Dry kilns, grading stations, kiln dried storage, and two sawmill operations make up the Penn-Sylvan complex.
In addition to housing corporate office buildings this is a concentration yard where we source lumber from our own sawmills within a 75 mile radius. We dry over 400,000 board feet of lumber each month in our seven dry kilns located here. The dried lumber is stored in our warehouse until shipped domestically or overseas.
